Michael Long
PRESIDENT
Michael Long has managed major concrete repair and restoration projects in the structural restoration and waterproofing field for over 20 years. Since opening Restocon’s Houston office he has continued to grow the business in Texas and surrounding states. His experience includes the installation of specialized concrete repair mortars, carbon fiber and carbon strip installation, waterproof sealant and coating applications, epoxy resin injection systems, urethane grout systems, and expansion joint repairs.
Michael is Post Tensioning Institute Level 2 Certified and a State of Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Arkansas General Contractor. He is a Florida Certified General Contractor (CG-C1504586), Georgia Certified General Contractor (GCCO-002678), State of Florida Certified Roofing Contractor (CCC-1329411) and State of Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate (SL3183388).
Sie Kamide
CFO
Sie Kamide is the Chief Financial Officer for Restocon LLC in a consulting capacity. He has experience in the areas of process improvement, executive bank management, risk management, financial management, strategic planning, turnaround management, as well as private company ownership, merger and acquisition transactions and correspondent banking.
Kamide has been working with Restocon since May 2019, and has a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University and has attended SUNY at Buffalo for business administration and management. He also serves on several boards of directors.
Michael Matthews
REGIONAL MANAGER
Michael Matthews brings a career of construction and industry experience to Restocon and the corporate training program. His 30 years in construction includes work on parking garages, bridges, energy plants, elevated train systems, water treatment plants, and condominiums.
MIchael’s specialty is in concrete repair and waterproofing, including work in structural re-strengthening, epoxy injection, removal and replacement of damaged structural concrete using specialized repair products and techniques, installation of specialized expansion joint systems, waterproof deck coating systems, chemical grouting, below grade waterproofing, roof coating systems and major structural concrete repairs.
Matthews is certified with the Post-Tensioning Institute, ACI Concrete Field Testing, and OSHA and is a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI).
Tyler Long
REGIONAL MANAGER
Tyler Long is accomplished in the structural repair industry with nearly 11 years of progressive experience at Restocon, driven by an unwavering commitment to excellence and a passion for innovative solutions in parking structure rehabilitation. Currently serving as Regional Manager in Houston, Texas, Tyler has established himself as a leader in the industry through his comprehensive knowledge of deep project evaluation, proposal development, and client relations.
His drive for continuous improvement manifests in his pursuit of cutting-edge industry developments and his willingness to pioneer new methods. Tyler's approach combines technical expertise with relationship-building skills, enabling him to consistently deliver value to clients while driving growth for Restocon throughout the Southwestern United States. His advancement through multiple roles demonstrates both his adaptability and commitment to excellence in the industry with a proactive and collaborative mindset that transforms complex challenges into manageable situations for his team, and cost-effective solutions for his clients.
Gonzalo Mendez
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION SOUTHWEST REGION
Gonzalo Mendez is an experienced operations manager with over 17 years in high-rise building, parking garage and industrial plant restoration. Mr. Mendez works with field crews in each of our Southwest Regional offices and travels across the United States to job sites ensuring that work is performed to the highest level. Gonzalo has specific knowledge in surface preparation, installation of advanced waterproof deck and wall coating systems, post tension systems, carbon fiber and other complex structural strengthening systems. While travelling across the United States Mr. Mendez has gained experience in a vast operating environment as a technician, company trainer and manager in the various systems we utilize to bring your structures back to good health.
Jeromy Magill
SALES MANAGER
Jeromy Magill has been at Restocon since 2018 from Project Manager to Southwest Regional Manager in Houston. Since starting in the oil and gas, as well as construction industries, his contributions have made a significant impact on the companies he's worked with. His expertise ranges from engineering and design to coordination and scheduling, as well as business development for the Southwest Region of the U.S. Jeromy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University where he studied multiple subjects including Engineering, Communications and Business Administration.
Terri Benjamin
CONTROLLER
Terri Benjamin has extensive experience in finance and accounting with previous positions as a senior accountant, accounting manager, and cost analyst. She has worked for a number of large firms in industries as diverse as food and beverage, distribution, and consumer products. Benjamin has a degree from the University of Phoenix.
