Application of specialized crystalline coating material designed to seal current and future cracks in the taxiway deck structure. Project required the application of this material to over 200,000 SF of concrete deck surface in two coats during a five (5) day period. The project was completed one day ahead of schedule allowing the early opening of the taxiway.

Project Name: SPC Garage Renovations and Repairs

The renovation work consisted of two attached parking garages. The first section of the garage was structurally repaired and strengthened for conversion to class room space. The structural repairs on the attached garage consisted of damaged beam and joist repairs, installation of new expansion joint systems and application of a waterproof traffic topping system. Work was performed in multiple phases over a three year period.

Complete removal of existing concrete and asphalt topping materials at the main entryway and the pool deck structure. Installation of new waterproof coating system followed by the installation of new asphalt, stamped concrete and concrete paver systems in the various locations. Installation of specialized curtain grouting system to the below grade parking structure walls and decks to alleviate leaking. Structural concrete repairs.

Structural augmentation of a multi-story exterior brick screen wall assembly. Repairs included the design and installation of a unique structural steel support structure designed to increase wind load capacity. Installation of expansion joints, waterproof coating system to stucco and the painting of various structural steel elements.
