ROBERT W. HOWELL
Chief Executive Officer

Robert has been engaged in the restoration and repair of structures for over twenty-five (25) years with over twenty (20) years in the State of Florida. Previous experience includes working with architects, engineers, consultants, property managers and owners, to design, specify and install specialized structural repair, historic restoration and specialized strengthening systems. Restocon Corporation has been in business for over thirteen (13) years and Mr. Howell holds a State of Florida General Contractors License (CG-C057948) and a State of Florida Roofing and Waterproofing Contractors License (CC-C057569). He is also a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) and American Concrete Institute (ACI).

MICHAEL LONG
President / Senior Project Manager

Michael has been in the structural restoration and waterproofing field for over fifteen (15) years and has managed major concrete repair and restoration projects. His experience includes the installation of specialized concrete repair mortars, carbon fiber and carbon strip installation, waterproof sealant and coating applications, epoxy resin injection systems, urethane grout systems, and expansion joint repairs. Michael is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CG-C1504586), member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) and American Concrete Institute (ACI). He has been with RestoCon Corporation for over thirteen (13) years and has been a technician, project superintendent and project manager; he is currently President of Restocon Corporation.

DAVE GRIFFITHS
Business Development / Flooring & Roof Coatings

Dave brings over twenty-five (25) years of marketing, sales and project management experience to our team. Dave’s extensive experience includes managing major roof and floor coating projects and an extensive background in the manufacturer and distributor side of both coating industries. He has a broad knowledge of materials and their applications as well as the management of special and complicated job sites. Dave is a problem solver and has developed a reputation of dependability with a wide range of architects, engineers, and consultants.

MICHAEL MATTHEWS
Operations Manager/ Project Manager

Michael brings superior experience and background to RestoCon Corporation in the concrete repair and waterproofing trades. He has over twenty (20) years experience in the repair and restoration of properties in the State of Florida. Areas of expertise include: structural strengthening, removal and replacement of damaged structural concrete using specialized repair products and techniques, installation of specialized expansion joint systems for parking garages and bridges, waterproof deck coating systems and related products and major structural concrete repairs. Michael is level II Post Tensioning Institute certified for the installation and inspection of post tension cable systems

DOWLIN HOWELL
Senior Estimator

Dowlin has worked in the field as a technician installing sealants, coatings, specialized expansion joint systems and other waterproofing and concrete restoration repair techniques and systems. Dowlin left Restocon Corporation to serve in the Army where he deployed to Iraq and served two tours of duty in a five year career span. After he felt he had fulfilled his obligation to serve his country he returned to work at Restocon as an estimator.

LARRY SHERMAN
Materials & Equipment Management

The proper acquisition of materials and supplies and timely jobsite delivery is crucial to successful project production and completion. Larry brings years of experience to RestoCon in this and other areas or responsibility. He also is charged with the task of warehouse management and maintenance of all tools and equipment. His organizational skills are an asset on all our projects throughout the state of Florida.
