ROBERT W. HOWELL
Chief Executive Officer

Robert has been engaged in the restoration and repair of structures for over twenty-five (25) years with over twenty (20) years in the State of Florida. Previous experience includes working with architects, engineers, consultants, property managers and owners, to design, specify and install specialized structural repair, historic restoration and specialized strengthening systems. Restocon Corporation has been in business for over fifteen (15) years and Mr. Howell holds a State of Florida General Contractors License (CG-C057948) and a State of Florida Roofing and Waterproofing Contractors License (CC-C057569). He is also a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) and American Concrete Institute (ACI).

MICHAEL LONG
President

Michael has been in the structural restoration and waterproofing field for over seventeen (17) years and has managed major concrete repair and restoration projects. His experience includes the installation of specialized concrete repair mortars, carbon fiber and carbon strip installation, waterproof sealant and coating applications, epoxy resin injection systems, urethane grout systems, and expansion joint repairs. Michael is a State of Florida and Georgia Certified General Contractor (CG-C1504586) (GCCO-002678), State of Florida Certified Roofing Contractor (CCC-1329411) and State of Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate (SL3183388), member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) Florida West Coast and Houston Chapters and the American Concrete Institute (ACI). He has been with RestoCon Corporation for over fifteen (15) years and has been a technician, project superintendent and project manager; he is currently President of Restocon Corporation.

Tony Wightman
Houston, Texas Branch Manager

Tony has the responsibility to develope new business and provide services to existing clientele in the Texas market. He has procured, estimated, and managed large scale restoration and waterproofing projects throughout his carrer with Restocon Corporation. His experience includes facade restoration, concrete restoration and strengthening systems, specialized waterproofing such as factory engineered expansion joints, silicones, urethanes, wall coatings, waterproof traffic membranes, below grade, sandwich slab systems, clear penetrating sealers and roof coatings, intricate shoring and lifting, on buildings and structures such as elevated concrete train tracks, hospitals, stadiums, garages, commercial and industrial buildings. Tony is Level I and Level II Post Tensioning Institute certified for the installation and inspection of post tension cable systems . Tony is a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute and belongs to the Houston, Texas Chapter

MICHAEL MATTHEWS
Vice President of Operations

Michael brings superior experience and background to RestoCon Corporation in the concrete repair and waterproofing trades. He has over twenty (25) years experience in the repair and restoration of properties in the Southeast and New England areas. Areas of expertise include: structural re-strengthening, epoxy injection, removal and replacement of damaged structural concrete using specialized repair products and techniques, installation of specialized expansion joint systems, waterproof deck coating systems, chemical grouting, below grade waterproofing, roof coating systems and major structural concrete repairs. Michael has inplemented these repair systems in facilities such as parking garages, bridges, elevated train systems, water and wastewater treatment plants, energy plants, condominiums and other commercial type facilities. Michael is a member of the International Concrete Repair Institue and is Post Tensioning Institute level one (installer) and level II (inspector) certified. He is an ACI certified concrete field testing technician grade one. Michael has had extensive training in OSHA, first aid and CPR. He is a certified applicator of materials manufactured by such companies as BASF, Neogard, Lymtal, Sika, Hydrostop and Sealoflex.

DOWLIN HOWELL
Senior Estimator

Dowlin has worked in the field as a technician installing sealants, coatings, specialized expansion joint systems and other waterproofing and concrete restoration repair techniques and systems. Dowlin left Restocon Corporation to serve in the Army where he deployed to Iraq and served two tours of duty in a five year career span. After he felt he had fulfilled his obligation to serve his country he returned to work at Restocon as an estimator.
